Strategic planning is the most difficult, yet most rewarding work you can do for your organization. I take the guesswork out of the process so your team can get to the heart of what matters most. I offer strategic planning sessions in the following formats:
Multi-day intensive. This option works best for those who have limited time to spare, but still want the maximum impact for their organization.
Multi-week sessions. I offer 2-hour sessions than can be scheduled over multiple weeks. This option is great for those who want to build strategic planning into their regular work schedule.
Both &. Sometimes the answer isn't one or the other, it's both and! This is the best choice for those who want something between options 1 and 2.
